Seniors living alone will receive a 25% discount on Property Tax. Water and Sewer Tax to be paid monthly or quarterly. Interest will be charged on all unpaid balances of Property and Poll Tax after July 1, 2007, at a rate of 1.5% monthly. Exemptions for Poll Tax are based on 2006 income and an application for an exemption must be made before July 1, 2007.
